1. How long does shipping take?

We process orders Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST, and aim to process and ship ready-made orders within 2-3 business days. Custom hat orders are subject to the shops current processing timelines. Please inquire before ordering a custom hat.

*Current custom order turnaround time is 6-8 weeks*

Customers will be provided an email update with tracking information as we are processing your order. Please take order processing timelines into consideration if you need your order by a specific date.

2. Do you accept returns?

All hat sales are final, but if there are unforeseeable complications that arise from shipping or fitting issues please contact us.

IF A HAT IS ACCEPTED AS A RETURN/EXCHANGE (on a case by case basis) IT MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX ALONG WITH THE INVOICE/PACKING SLIP, no make up marks, free of odor, and pet hair. Once the hat is returned in satisfactory condition to Salt & Suede a refund/exchange will be issued.

3. How do I determine the correct size?

Our hats will fit most heads with no issue. The majority of our hats are Medium which also doubles as our one-size-fits-most size.

Large hats are available upon request.

  • Mediums fit a 23" head circumference (56-58 cm) or smaller. Similar to a 7 1/8 hat size.
  • Larges fit a 24" head circumference (59-60 cm) or larger. Similar to a 7 1/2 hat size.

4. What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.
