Custom hats are the best option if you're looking for a truly unique-to-you design that you won't find on anyone else.

Includes:

  • your choice of vegan suede or wool hat
  • hat band including feathers/dried florals if desired
  • branded initials or symbols
  • freehanded burning design if desired

Once your order is in, we'll saddle up to discuss the specifics. From the style and color to the materials, we'll work closely to ensure your hat is exactly what you envision.

Shipping & Returns

We process orders Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST, and aim to process and ship ready-made orders within 2-3 business days. Custom hat orders are subject to the shops current processing timelines. Please inquire before ordering a custom hat.

*Current custom order turnaround time is 4-6 weeks*

Customers will be provided an email update with tracking information as we are processing your order. Please take order processing timelines into consideration if you need your order by a specific date.

All hat sales are final, but if there are unforeseeable complications that arise from shipping or fitting issues please contact us.

IF A HAT IS ACCEPTED AS A RETURN/EXCHANGE (on a case by case basis) IT MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX ALONG WITH THE INVOICE/PACKING SLIP, no make up marks, free of odor, and pet hair. Once the hat is returned in satisfactory condition to Salt & Suede a refund/exchange will be issued.
